Any Remote Quality Assurance Analysts(QA) Here?

I've applied for a remote Quality Assurance (QA) position at Conduent. I'm seeking feedback from anyone who has worked specifically for Conduent or in a similar role. I have operations management experience but no direct QA experience. I'm super interested to understand the day-to-day tasks of this role. For instance, does it involve listening to calls and providing feedback, or is it more related to software QA? I'm down to learn and adapt, and I'm primarily looking for a job that I can coast in(not lazy coast). Truly appreciate some insight.
