Analysis Paralysis, looking for someone to Guide Me

Hello, I have a bachelors degree in biology and I finished 1st year in Medical School and decided that was not for me.

My skills are:

• Critical and Analytical Thinking
• Diligent, Dependable, and Hard Working
• Scientifically Literate
• Able to use common software (Google Docs, PowerPoint, Excel) but not in depth
• Effective Communicator and Active Listener
• Well Organised, Adaptable, and Versatile

What jobs are available for my skillset? and if you're someone like me (a fellow scientist who doesn't know what to do) let's figure it out together! If you're someone who has figured it out, I would greatly appreciate some guidance.
