What skills should i learn?

Hello I'm a customer service, virtual assistant experienced individual living in the Middle East and currently un-employed. The freelancing platforms are really far competitve for my skills and I'm struggling to find any jobs online.

Do you guys have any idea about how do I make $20 minimum or any skills that i can learn in short time around 1 month that I can land a job with. Thanks
