Is the Star Trek Fleet Commander offer gone?

I picked up the star track game offer just a few days ago and have been working on it. Went to look at the requirements again today and I can’t find the listing whatsoever. Has this ever happened to anyone? Let me know if you’re still able to see it on your account, maybe? Not really sure what to do as there isn’t an option to contact support about an offer without having finished it.
