I am unlinking my linked credit card.
I have had no luck with Dining Deals.
1 - The instructions are simple enough to understand.
2 - I have ordered both on-line and physically at the establishments that are included in Dining Deals.
3 - I have never been credited with any Dining Deal. (4 attempts over 4 months when SWAGO board requires it)
4 - I would write a ticket which I very seldom do, but it seems, based on other users replies, that SB Customer Support is not as responsive as they used to be. Perhaps there have been layoffs. Perhaps they have to prioritize what to respond to these days because of this.
5 - I have no ill will toward SB.
6 - I am just tired of periodically checking my SWAGO Board to see if the Dining Deal square has been checked off. Obviously, it never has.

BTW - I am curious as to why they do not ask for the expiration date on your credit card.
