Does changing the time on your phone violate any TOS?

I'm currently completing the Merge Gardens offer, and I noticed when I change the time on my phone everything fast forwards and I'm able to complete things much faster.

Sorry if it's been asked before, I'm just new to the site and couldn't find much specifics on what violates the rules.
