Triple Dot Solitaire 500 BEWARE!

I completed level 499 so only had to complete the one game which would complete level 500 and with 9 days to spare I figured I had it made on this reward. Took a break and went back in only to see a message that the game was over and had reset itself to level 1 again. I checked history hoping I could pull it up there and amazingly it says I have only completed 30 levels. I am beyond pissed! BEWARE playing this game. I have put in a help ticket and contacted game support but with no proof that I had completed level 499 I think I am screwed.
