No one is responding to my tickets

I use Inbox Dollars for the most part, and the tracking on these games has gone downhill. In the past couple months, NOTHING has tracked. They used to be very good about getting back to my tickets within a couple days. However, I submitted tickets two weeks ago and have heard nothing yet. I always wait the amount of time a game says it will pend for, even if it doesn't show pending. The games used to be a relatively easy way to make some money each month but I feel like I'm wasting my time if they aren't going to reply. Plus submitting a ticket for each level reached is ridiculous.
