Help. Amazon Gift card via swagbucks redemption problem

This never happens to me when I try to redeem amazon gift card that I got through swabucks but this time instead of sending an alphanumeric code(e.g. 8U95-Y3E8CQ-39MPQ) swagbucks send me an amazon gift card with only numeric codes and surely when I tried to redeem the gift card error showed that I need an alphanumeric code. But the numeric code is all I have. That's what Swagbucks gave me. I don't who's fault it is: amazon or swagbucks. Need some suggestions on this.
