Did anybody get a REMESH offer that was completed on May 16th?

I noticed in the email that instead of Prodege as the sender, it said, Achemer was the sender. The survey is supposed to pay out a $75 gift card. The survey was on finances. And instead of saying please wait five business days before contacting us, it says 7 days, but nothing about business days. Should I send in a ticket to Swagbucks, or what are my options here. There is no return address on the email.
