Video 2 way communication doorbell recommendations?

I’d love an affordable video doorbell that alerts me on my phone when someone is at my front door, lets me talk to them via speaker, and a has minimal ($5. or less) per month monthly subscription service.

I had one of those screw-in bulb cameras, and it was terrible. Any recommendations?
