Cash back for purchase I didn’t make

I just received a notification that I have cash back for a purchase at sams club. This is odd, because I don’t even have a sams club membership. Logged into my mom’s and she doesn’t have any recent purchases made either. I’m not sure where this credit came from? Should I be concerned?
