PayPal Payment, but Not Normal....Any Help?

I was waiting for 2 $50 PayPal payments. I never received an email about receiving them, and by chance I checked my status. I saw that they were sent (2/2) but I never got them. So I clicked on the 3 dots and had the email sent to me. I received the emails just fine and it told me to click on the link to redeem for payment. I was then taken to a page where it says Redeem your PayPal $50 and a view my gift card code. So I click it and it says that it would be sent to the account on file, but when I check it is not added to my account. Any idea what the issue is or how to add the code to my account?
