Paypal amount can't be changed. Anyone else?

I tried transferring money from paypal to my bank account but it won't let me change the amount. It just shows all my balance. Don't know if this is related to the issues with redemptions. Just curious if anyone else has this problem.

Update: Shortly after posting this I went to my account and I was able to transfer the amount I wanted. If you were having the same issue, try it now.
