How to turn SwagBucks into cash?

I know the only rewards offered by Swagbucks are usually gift cards or donations, but is there any way to turn these cards into cash in the bank? I know about cash for gift cards sites, but those sites usually charge pretty heavy fees. Is there a way to turn Visa rewards cards into money, or can you withdraw the PayPal Cash cards into your bank account after adding them to PayPal? Anybody have any experience with this?
