Credited Twice for survey

I participated in a Remesh Chat session for 1800 swagbucks. It didn’t credit after a week so I submitted a support ticket and was given a courtesy credit if 1800 sb. The next week, Remesh finally credits me the original 1800 swagbucks. I contacted support twice letting them know they need to subtract the extra 1800 from my account, but I’m not getting a response despite relying to the automated message.

I submitted a ticket a few days ago for a missing survey credit and heard back from them within a few hours. Yet I haven’t heard back from them about the extra swagbucks they I’m not entitled to. I’ve heard that other people have waited over a month for swagbucks to be deducted from their account. Is that true?
