Appen/Rater Labs Dashboard

Hoping someone more familiar with this can clarify:

About a week ago I got a random email from a "sourcing specialist" asking if I still wanted to continue my application with Appen connect. I say yes and am sent a link to the Rater Labs dashboard where I do the app for Yukon and Arrow (the only ones available). A couple days later I try to log back in but the site just sends me to the Appen dashboard and there are no more active processes for Yukon or Arrow and nothing under "applied." There were several pages of other projects though so I applied to about 20. Now when I log in I only see the projects I applied to under All Projects and still no sign of Yukon or Arrow. All the other open projects are gone like somehow I'm no longer eligible to even view/apply to anything new. I did get approval to test for Shasta so I'm wondering if that has something to do with the wonky website?
