What is your 20$ splurge that you know isn't really all that expensive, but it makes you feel like you are living the high life?

For my wife and I it is a bottle of wine with pistachios out in nature. We don't drink a lot of wine, but, we like dark dry red wines aged in oak preferably from Spain but we'll take them from anywhere. Usually we can find one for around 10 bucks and a bag of pistachios is usually around 10 bucks. When we put them together it feels like so much more than $20.
