Remesh from 5-20, Anyone get credit?

I completed a remesh survey on 5-20 about annual checkups. It was supposed to pay in 2-3 business days. Today was the 3rd business day and haven't gotten credit. This happened to me the last remesh I did and had to contact support after 5 business days. Just curious if anyone has gotten credit for this one.
