Norton 360 offer....

I had signed up for the Norton thing for 5600sb for the first time doing Norton. I went to do a customer service ticket since I never got it and since I clicked it more than 1 time I wasn't a new member. I signed up for the annual thing, I cancelled it now since I won't get funded. Norton hadn't taken any money out my account yet, will they take that 19$ out even though I cancelled it the day I got it?
