Is Microworkers still paying?

I used to do tasks in Microworkers 3 years ago and eventually gave up on it because there wasn't enough work for my location to make it worthwhile. I've checked it recently and there seems an abundance of tasks. I checked online reviews and seems that its reputation has dipped significantly. Is it still legit and paying? Are there too many payment delays? TIA.
