HELP! Prepaid Digital Solutions and multiple “cards“

New to this token/card/code thing. I recently won two gift cards that go through Prepaid Digital Solutions. We activated one “card” fine, but the second card is giving us trouble.

• I don’t want to merge the monies because of the 5% fee
• I can’t seem to get activating the second card otherwise: do I need to use the first up first?

If this has been discussed please point me in the right direction!
