Cheap and healthy meal, fast.
Returning from vacation, I only had tofu in the fridge. I mixed a few ingredients for a sauce and I was addicted. So cheap and high protein. And no need to go shopping because these ingredients last.
Equal parts corn starch, soy sauce, sweetener like sugar or sucralose, scirachi sauce. Mix together and poor over tofu. If you want more crunch or to reduce the already low calories, add iceburg lettuce. I found this so addictive and I lost weight too while saving so much money. I got the firm tofu at the Chinese store for super cheap.
