Appen - can't figure out how to get the app for the job

Hi, I'm trying to start making money on Appen. I made my account, did all the contract things, made a payoneer account and linked it to my appen profile, etc.

So I looked through the jobs and chose one or two to try. I went through the process until the point where it says, "Within 24 hours you will receive an email giving you permission to download the app"

Well, usually within a few hours I get an email saying I've been accepted and my email account has been whitelisted. But then... what? On the guidelines section of the Appen site I click through until the point where it's telling me how to download the app but I can't find it on google play store. One of them at least gave me a url to type in which would give me permission on the app, but that url just tells me I don't have permission.

Am I doing something wrong? I've been waiting over a week for the one project. I feel like I must be missing something?
