Alternative to privacy.com?

I've been using privacy.com for most offers that are free trials/subscriptions that I don't want to remember to cancel. But privacy.com only allows you to use a debit card as a funding method.

Recently I've heard about PayPal Key What is PayPal Key and where can I use it?

It seems to be like a virtual card that can be funded through a credit or debit card. Has anyone here used them for offers? If you cancel a PayPal Key is it the same like canceling a privacy card? Mainly asking this since most credit cards have higher cash back rates than debit cards and Discover even has 5/10% cashback on paypal next quarter.
