Visa Prepaid giftcard expired token

SO, I forgot to use the token that was emailed from "prepaid digital solutions". So I never redeemed that token and never picked a virtual visa card. So it's not the card that got expired, it's the token itself. Do you think Swagbucks support can track it and may be reissue if I contact them? Or is it gone forever now?
