About to hop on the TranscribrMe.com train. Any tips for getting the best out of it?

I've heard great things about this site. I currently have enough time to work part-time on it. Although I wouldn't want to set my expectations too high, I would love if anyone could help me on getting the best possible outcome. Sharing general experiences would also be very much appreciated!
