Raid offer still credit at 40 and not 43?

I clicked on the Raid offer for 6000 SB and I'm getting close to level 40. The offer does state reach level 43 in 28 days, but it used to credit at level 40 per a few posts here. Anyone know if that's still true? I might be willing to throw a small sum of cash at it to knock it out quicker.
