Sedan sleeping tips?

I took an opportunity to pocket a lot of accommodation and food per diem by sleeping in my car. But fuck if it isn't uncomfortable. I know some of you cheapskates would never get a motel room if you had a free car seat. Please pass on some back saving wisdom.
