Respondent PayPal- Insufficient funds

I was scheduled to receive a payout from respondent.io today and never got the email from PayPal confirming. When I logged into respondent I got a message stating that the payment was undeliverable due to insufficient funds in my PayPal balance. I don’t have insufficient funds, I actually have a decent chunk of my beer money in my PayPal right now. Has anyone had this happen before and know how to fix it?
