How is wish legal?

So im just curious. I watched demo ranch's video about wish body armor. And curious how is this app legal. There are blatant false advertisements and especially with wish sellers selling fake body armor claiming it can stop bullets is very dangerous (obviously believing anything from wish is not very smart) but all it takes is some dumb guy to try this out and die because of false advertising
