Does this even work?

I had 700 SB I claimed a 5 pound Amazon gift card and after I authenticated my account they asked for my favourite song.

I didn't know what to put so I just put some random songs I like and it didn't work so I left to see if their was an account bio or something and there wasn't.

Than I realised they claimed my 700 SB but didn't give me the email to the gift card code.

So now Im just annoyed the time I spent on surveys was useless.
