Will I be able to redeem rewards in South America?

I tried getting in touch with SB to ask and they never replied. So, I figured someone here would know. I'm in South America and I think Swagbucks is a really solid site with many nice features. But before I keep using it and refer it to my friends, I want to know if I'll be able to redeem rewards or if it's not possible for me.

My first choice would be redeeming PayPal cash, because I don't have many options showing on my website (I'm assuming most of the gift cards are available only to US users). As long as my email and account name are the same, and I have a verified account... Should be fine, right? I've read the rules on the PayPal card and didn't see anything about country or location. I haven't found much about this online except for some people claiming to have trouble redeeming because SB asked for a valid US address (?). It doesn't make much sense, but I'm afraid of wasting my time and not being able to redeem anything in the end.

On the SB Help tab they have two conflicting articles: one of them (this) lists only a few countries as able to redeem rewards from Swagbucks. But another (this) says that they're available in a lot more places. Which one is it?
