What kinds of gifts do frugal people like to receive?

Fathers day is coming up and I wanna get my dad something special. He comes from a 3rd world country so he's pretty frugal and doesn't like to receive any expensive gifts at all. I'm kind of stumped because all his hobbies rely off making more income (IE: Buying stuff off craigslist & fixing it for a profit).

Just kind of curious what kind of gifts you would like to receive to help brainstorm ideas.
