Survey didn't credit, don't have a screenshot

This is actually the first time I've ever fully completed a survey but received no SB for it. Because of this, I stupidly close the tab for the survey before checking to see if it credited and now can't get a screenshot proving I finished it. I do have the survey ID #, but without a screenshot should I even bother sending in a support ticket?

Oddly enough, it still gave me points towards the Team Challenge, so at least I didn't get absolutely nothing out of it.
