Should I spend my time on it?

Hi I'm a new user to all of this of beer money and one of the apps I started to use is lucky day, the thing is that I made 9$ and the minimum to cash out is 10, but been stuck on those 9 for two weeks, whenever this happens, in any app, is it worth to keep trying or should I asume I will never see those 10$
