[question] is it possible to retake the user testing entrance exam?

I just received an email saying that my recordings were not what their clients were looking for. I believe that it is because somehow, my external mic was not connecting properly and not being used, so it was using the laptop internal mic. Is it possible that I do that I can retake it, or am I out. Thanks. Btw recently qualified for play test cloud, very excited :)
