Online jobs for a non US resident?

Hi, im a first year college student looking for a part time job or a way to make money in my free time, I've checked a lot of sites but a lot of them require me to be an NA or EU resident, which I'm not. I'm from south america and still looking for one, suggestions would be very appreciated.

I've also tried fiverr since i'm pretty good at video editing and i also have some experience translating english-spa and vice versa but there's so many people it's hard to get noticed
