I am having trouble with the coin master offer.

So its been 32 days since i did the offer. I submitted a swagbucks help center ticket, but they didn't even reply. so then i contacted a agent then they told me to do the same thing i have already done. So i tried contacting a swagbucks agent 1 more time but the way i did it before was not there. anyone know how to contact a swagbucks agent or what to do?
