How do you guys manage to do this stuff everyday?

I tried prolific and swag bucks and I just don’t think it’s worth it. Maybe it’s because I don’t know the secret tips and tricks, but it takes so long to get surveys and you need a paypal(I don’t even have that) and swag bucks gives very low amounts of points for surveys and I usually get denied at the end. What do I do to grind like you guys? How do I keep on going?
