HELP! Referral link works but the email and password combination is incorrect!

So recently due to the COVID-19 break it gave me the opportunity to earn a little bit of side cash to spend. I’ve made about 20 dollars in less than a week. A friend was curious and wanted to join Swagbucks. She has never created an account or known what Swagbucks was until now. Naturally, I sent her my referral link to get her started. When I sent her the email it stated “to save you time, the link below will instantly create your account for you: Click here to activate your account” she clicked this and it brought her to the sign-in/sign-up page. She tried to sign in with the SAME email and password but it did not match. She also tried to sign up with the same email but it was already an account. I need help with how to fix this since the account was created but we don’t know how to sign into it. We also tried the “forget pasword” but nothing was sent to the email. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! :)
