Anyone else not getting for coupon prints again? I thought they fixed it.

I have tried printing on different browsers—chrome, Firefox and I cannot remember the third—over the past few days and have not gotten credited once. I even printed the coupons instead of saving them first and still no credit. Any suggestions? Thanks,
