Allegis Transcription ($11+ an hour if you type 75 WPM, $15+ an hour at 100)
(Must be a US resident to apply) This is an independent contractor position and payment is production-based. I'm currently employed with them and I know there's a lot of people looking for work right now. There's no other incentive for me in posting this.

Upsides:
If you type 100+ WPM, you can expect to make $15-20+ hour on average after you get acclimated to the formatting and everything (takes a few weeks to get used to it). 75 WPM is the minimum, and if you do 75 you can still consistently make above minimum wage. Test yourself at https://play.typeracer.com/ if you're not sure.
If you master macros and other little hacks to speed up productivity, it's possible to get into the $30+ hour range. This is pretty difficult. I type at 120 WPM on average and I don't use macros, but after a year I average out at around $22 per hour.
There's pretty much always work available, and you can work as much as you want.
100% flexible hours. There's a 100 page minimum a week - after a few weeks of experience, it's feasible to complete the minimum in 10 hours or less.
Downsides:
Independent contractor position - no health insurance or paid vacation time
Some audio is low quality / difficult to listen to, and trying to transcribe them can become stressful / tiring. There's audio equalizers you can install to make this process significantly easier, Breakaway is a good one and it's free. I'd also recommend getting a volume control cable add-on for your headphones if you land the position (they're pretty cheap). It's rare, but sometimes feedback in recordings can be harsh on the ears - volume limiter cables solve this issue. https://www.schoolsin.com/ham-nl-cbl.html
It can be physically difficult for some people to type for 40 hours / several hundreds of pages a week, so not everyone may be suited to pursuing this position full time. If you land it, make sure to take care of your hands so you don't strain them.
