AFK Arena offer not crediting for anyone else? (ayeT via SwagBucks)

I started this offer through ayeT's offer wall featured on SwagBucks (unlock a "legendary+" hero within 20 days for 2160 SB) and completed it in 7 days, but have yet to receive credit for it. Since I did it through the separate wall I am currently going through ayeT's customer service for the first time despite having done many, many other games through SwagBucks' various featured offer walls and nearly always being instantly credited or credited within the given time frame in the description. I have given them all the screenshots and information they should need to handle it but just get an automated response saying:

" Your request (*****) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

To add additional comments, reply to this email."

Anyone else having this issue or have experience with ayeT's customer service?
