Tips to save money 29yr old male

My monthly income is around $1875. I just bought a truck and bow have a car payment. My bills monthly equal about $1300. I get quarterly bonuses at work that range from $3500-4500. My plan is to pay my bills with the bonus. But until then i have about 2 months. Before i got into money saving mode I was spending $75ish a week on fast food just during the work week. I was using the laundry mat spending about $10 a week. So with bringing lunch to work and washing clothes at my girlfriends i should save those two amounts. Really just looking for advice, guidance, criticism, any help is appreciated.
