Is there a way to use multiple rewards programs on a purchase?

For example, there's Honey and Swagbucks' Swagbutton which offer you points depending on the sites and products you buy as well as coupons. However it seems you can't use them simultaneously and honestly getting double the savings is too good to not try. Anyone had any luck "stacking" these kinds of programs?
