Bang for buck health insurance provider

Hi, Long story short, my company doesn’t have an open enrollment policy to start health insurance. Thus I am looking for an external health insurance provider that is decent and has good coverage plans.

Some information about me if that helps. 1. I am a 29 year old man that does not have a long term disease (knock on wood) so looking for a basic plan. 2. I live in Pennsylvania.
