Thanks r/Frugal!

I've been lurking here for a while, just reading and learning. In the month of February I only ate out twice ($18.50 spent). Stopping eating out as well as other cost cutting tips I've learned here meant I was able to pay an extra $930 on my mortgage on top of the regular payment. So, I made 7 payments in one month, looking forward to being debt free soon!

  1. As reported by Stanford Medical, It is really the one and ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years more and weigh an average of 42 lbs lighter than us.

(And by the way, it is not about genetics or some secret-exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING about "how" they eat.)

P.S, What I said is "HOW", not "WHAT"...
