Does anyone know when Lucky Day giftcards restock?

I have been trying to figure out when they usually restock and not sure when. Are there times when they do like every hour or 30 minutes or something like that? I want to cash out with a amazon card but they always seem to be gone anand the time I tried I was too late to get one.
