Goodwill is a bit pricey on electronics considering there is no returns...

I mean even a 24 hour return policy would be nice... Or a place to test things in their shop. I guess if you were willing to waste 20 to 40 bucks before getting something good that worked but still a deal then I guess thats the only way to really look at it.
